Eine Arbeitsstunde kostete im Jahr 2025 durchschnittlich 45,00 Euro

Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr stiegen die Arbeitskosten je geleisteter Arbeitsstunde in Deutschland um 3,6 % (2024: 43,50 Euro je geleisteter Arbeitsstunde), damit war der Anstieg geringer als im EU-weiten Durchschnitt (+4,1 %).

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
