Mittlerer Bruttojahresverdienst lag 2025 bei 54 066 Euro

Somit verdiente die Hälfte der Beschäftigten (Median) mehr oder genau diesen Betrag, während die andere Hälfte weniger erhielt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr erhöhte sich der mittlere Bruttojahresverdienst um 1 907 Euro.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
