Zulassungsstopp für die Teilnahme an Integrationskursen zurücknehmen

Der Senat der Freien Hansestadt Bremen hat beschlossen, den Antrag
„Entschließung des Bundesrates: Zulassungsstopp für die Teilnahme an Integrati-onskursen nach § 44 Abs. 4 AufenthG zurücknehmen“ als Antragsteller in den Bundesrat einzubringen.

Das Schicksal teilt ungerecht aus; und es gleicht die Ungerechtigkeiten nicht immer aus. Hier hat der Sozialstaat seine Aufgabe. Er sorgt dafür, dass der Mensch reale, nicht nur formale Chancen hat. …

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
