Jobsuche: „Man sollte sich ein dickes Fell zulegen“

Bei der Jobsuche braucht man dieses Jahr einen langen Atem, sagt Expertin Anna Lüttgen, Chefin des Bereichs Rekrutierung bei der Personalberatung Hays, im Interview. Was Bewerber wissen müssen – und wie sie die Zeit nutzen können.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
