Schwarz-Rot legt neues Konzept für Ausbildungsplatzumlage vor

In Berlin gibt es seit Jahren zu wenige Ausbildungsplätze. Die Fraktionen wollen nun die Betriebe mit einer verpflichtenden Umlage in die Pflicht nehmen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
