Live-Online-Fortbildungen sind kein Fernunterricht

Nach einem verunsichernden Urteil aus 2025 stellt der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) klar: Online-Live-Fortbildungen können weiterhin ohne behördliche Genehmigung stattfinden.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
