Bürgergeld − Widersprüche und Klagen im Jahr 2025

Im Jahr 2025 gingen 501.667 Widersprüche in den Jobcentern ein – das sind 78.310 mehr als im Vorjahr. Im selben Zeitraum stieg die Zahl der Klagen um 4.379 von 48.785 auf 53.164.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
