Kritik am geplanten Bürgergeld-Stopp für ukrainische Geflüchtete

Hilfebedürftige Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine sollen nach dem Willen der Bundesregierung künftig kein Bürgergeld mehr erhalten, sondern Leistungen für Asylbewerber. Daran gibt es Kritik.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
