Deutschland muss auf die Automatisierung von Einstiegsstellen reagieren

Ältere Arbeitnehmer profitieren von der Übernahme von Routineaufgaben durch die KI, während die Jugendarbeitslosigkeit steigt. Ohne Gegensteuern droht Deutschland ein gespaltener Arbeitsmarkt, ähnlich wie Südeuropa nach der Finanzkrise.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
