Beim Bürgergeld sollten wir die Beweislast umkehren

Bisher muss das Jobcenter nachweisen, dass sich Leistungsempfänger nicht genug bemühen. Andersherum wäre es richtig: Empfänger sollten nachweisen, dass sie sich ausreichend bemühen, fordert Wolfgang Steiger, Generalsekretär des CDU-Wirtschaftsrates.

Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
