Stimmen der Praxis gehören in die Kommission zur Zukunft des Sozialstaates

Die Spitzen der Freien Wohlfahrtspflege begrüßen die Initiative der Bundesregierung, eine Kommission zur Modernisierung und Entbürokratisierung des Sozialsystems zu gründen, regen jedoch eine Beteiligung von Akteuren der Praxis an.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
