Auf dem Bremer Arbeitsmarkt gab es im Juni wenig Bewegung. Die Arbeitsagentur hofft auf einen positiven Effekt durch die geplanten Investitionen auf Bundesebene.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
