Die Erwartungen in den Bürgergeldbonus haben sich nicht erfüllt

Der Bürgergeldbonus sollte Anreize für Weiterbildungen im SGB II schaffen, wurde jedoch bereits neun Monate nach Einführung wieder abgeschafft. Trotz einer Förderung von 75 Euro im Monat zeigte sich keine messbare Wirkung.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
