Die aktuelle Eintrübung am Arbeitsmarkt führt zu einem Rückgang der Personalfluktuation

Der Rückgang der Personalfluktuation ist insofern problematisch, als dieser das Tempo der wirtschaftlichen Transformation tendenziell verzögert. Dadurch wird auch der erforderliche Personalaufbau in Branchen mit hohem Wachstumspotenzial gebremst.

Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
