Mit Ausnahme der Arbeitsgelegenheiten (AGH) entfalten sie noch knapp sechs Jahre nach Förderbeginn eine positive, wenngleich unterschiedlich starke Wirkung auf den Übergang in reguläre Beschäftigung und das Erwerbseinkommen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
