Träger befürchten Kürzungen bei Jobs für Langzeitarbeitslose

Mehr als 27.000 Menschen in Hamburg sind seit über einem Jahr arbeitslos. Manche finden öffentlich geförderte Jobs in Sozialkaufhäusern oder Cafés. Aber viele dieser Jobs könnten durch Sparmaßnahmen wegfallen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
