Teilqualifizierungen – ein wirksames, aber politisch umstrittenes Instrument

Eine kürzlich veröffentlichte Studie des IAB zeigt, dass Teilqualifizierungen die Arbeitsmarktchancen der Geförderten deutlich verbessern. Trotzdem dürfte das Instrument politisch umstritten bleiben.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
