Bundesregierung halbiert Geld für Integrationskurse

Mit dem Zuzug vieler Geflüchteter aus der Ukraine ist die Zahl potenzieller Teilnehmer gestiegen. Dennoch soll der Etat für die Kurse halbiert werden. Das Geld fließt woanders hin.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
