Senat legt neue Fachkräftestrategie vor

Der Fachkräftemangel wird zunehmend zum Problem. Zugleich ändert sich die Arbeitswelt rasant. In Hamburg wollen alle Akteure am Arbeitsmarkt mit einer neuen Strategie an einem Strang ziehen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
