Betriebliche Weiterbildung für geförderte Beschäftigte

Laut einer Befragung aus den Jahren 2021 und 2022 haben sich 20 bis 30 Prozent der Geförderten in den Programmen „Eingliederung von Langzeitarbeitslosen“ und „Teilhabe am Arbeitsmarkt“ in den ersten beiden Förderjahren weitergebildet.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
