Bundesregierung will ukrainische Geflüchtete bei Rückkehr unterstützen

Um dem Arbeitskräftemangel in der Ukraine entgegenzuwirken, erwägt die Bundesregierung Anreize für ukrainische Geflüchtete zur freiwilligen Rückkehr in ihre Heimat. Dafür gebe es verschiedene Konzepte, sagt die Entwicklungsministerin Svenja Schulze.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
