Für sogenannte Totalverweiger*innen hat die Ampel die Sanktionen verschärft und die FDP will es noch härter. Dabei geht es nur um wenige Fälle.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
