Strategische Weiterbildung entschärft Fachkräftemangel

Für den Mangel an Fachkräften gibt es eine Lösung: Unternehmen müssen die Weiterbildung systematisch ausbauen, um das eigene IT-Personal bedarfsgerecht für Aufgaben zu schulen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
