Personalmangel in Kitas: Bremen hat 166 spanische Erzieher angeworben

Zweimal im Jahr starten entsprechende Programme für jeweils maximal 24 spanische Hochschulabsolventen. Sie erhalten einen Arbeitsvertrag für mindestens 15 Monate. In Bremen werden sie zusätzlich qualifiziert und erhalten Sprachunterricht.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
