Das Qualifizierungschancengesetz (QCG) ist eine gute Fördermöglichkeit für Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter, die wenig bekannt und wenig genutzt wird. Ein paar Praxistipps können helfen, in den Genuss dieser Gelder zu kommen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
