CDU-Länder lassen Unions-Chef im Regen stehen

Am 7. Dezember 2023 gab es auf der Arbeits- und Sozialministerkonferenz (ASMK) einen gemeinsamen Beschluss aller 16 Bundesländer, die „geplante Erhöhung des Bürgergeldes unverändert umzusetzen“.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
