Viele Auszubildende würden ihren Betrieb nicht weiterempfehlen

Die Jugend des DGB Bayern hat ihren Ausbildungsreport 2023 vorgestellt. Ernüchternd ist dabei die hohe Zahl von Lehrlingen, die ihren Ausbildungsbetrieb nicht weiterempfehlen würden. Auch bei Digitalisierung und Überstundenlohn hapert es offenbar.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
