Woran Zugewanderte auf dem Arbeitsmarkt scheitern

Vom Kellner bis zur IT-Spezialistin: Deutschland setzt bei der Suche nach Arbeitskräften zunehmend auf Migranten. Doch die tun sich hierzulande oft schwer. Eine Studie zeigt nun, woran das liegt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
