Warum bilden Sie eigentlich noch nicht aus?

Wer ausbildet, wirkt dem Fachkräftemangel entgegen. Ein Unternehmer und eine Ausbildungsberaterin über die Vorteile, Auszubildende ins Team zu holen, und die Voraussetzung, die man als Betrieb mitbringen muss.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
