Stadt Bremen will über 600 Langzeitarbeitslosen neue Jobs verschaffen

Es gehe darum, Menschen ohne fachliche Qualifikation eine Perspektive auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu geben, sagte Bremens Bürgermeister Andreas Bovenschulte (SPD) am Montag beim offiziellen Start der Projekte.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
