7,4 Millionen Mal hat die Bundesagentur für Arbeit im vergangenen Jahr allein eine „Aufforderung zur Mitwirkung“ versendet. Ein Musterbrief, dessen Sprache die Empfänger verzweifeln lässt. Das soll anders werden.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
