Mindestlohn für pädagogisches Personal in Maßnahmen der beruflichen Weiterbildung

GEW und ver.di haben sich mit dem Arbeitgeberverband Zweckgemeinschaft des Bundesverbandes der Träger beruflicher Bildung (BBB) auf deutliche Steigerungen beim Mindestlohn für die pädagogischen Beschäftigten in der Weiterbildungsbranche geeinigt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
