So schlampig arbeiten Deutschlands Jobcenter!

Jobcenter haben im vergangenen Jahr viele fehlerhafte Hartz IV-Bescheide erteilt. Jeder dritte Widerspruch und jede dritte Klage von Hartz-Beziehern wurde stattgegeben – oft wegen Rechtsfehlern!

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
