Bruttoinlandsprodukt im Jahr 2022 um 1,9 % gestiegen

Das preisbereinigte Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) war im Jahr 2022 nach ersten Berechnungen des Statistischen Bundesamtes (Destatis) um 1,9 % höher als im Vorjahr. Kalenderbereinigt betrug das Wirtschaftswachstum 2,0 %.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
