Gutachten macht Weg frei für Berliner Ausbildungsplatzumlage

Ein von der Senatsverwaltung für Integration, Arbeit und Soziales beauftragtes Rechtsgutachten ist zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass dem Land Berlin die Gesetzgebungskompetenz für eine gesetzliche Regelung zur Ausbildungsplatzfinanzierung zusteht.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
