Arbeitgeber dienen sich Bewerbern an, die meisten Menschen haben künftig drei oder vier Karrieren, und alles wird digital. Im Panel „Future Work“ skizzierten die Experten eine neue Arbeitswelt, die in manchen Bereichen schon Realität ist.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
