Wie funktioniert eigentlich ein Bildungsgutschein?

Arbeitslos oder von Arbeitslosigkeit bedroht? Da kann es Sinn machen, sich beruflich neu zu orientieren – sprich: sich weiterzubilden oder eine Umschulung zu machen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
