Die Handelskammer Bremen bietet im Rahmen der Mittelstandsinitiative Energiewende und Klimaschutz eine Qualifizierungsmaßnahme für Auszubildende an. Alle Ausbildungsberufe sind willkommen, eine Spezialisierung wird nicht vorausgesetzt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
