Erwerbstätigkeit übertrifft im 1. Quartal 2022 erstmals Vorkrisenniveau

Im Vergleich zum 4. Quartal 2019, dem letzten Quartal vor Beginn der Einschränkungen durch die Corona-Pandemie in Deutschland, stieg die Zahl der Erwerbstätigen im 1. Quartal 2022 saisonbereinigt um 0,1 % oder 43 000 Personen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
