112 neue Arbeitsplätze für Langzeitarbeitslose im Quartier

In acht gemeinnützigen Projekten, die aktiv zur Stärkung der sozialen und ökologischen Infrastruktur in den Stadtteilen beitragen, entstehen neue Arbeitsplätze für Personen, die bereits lange ohne Arbeit sind und staatliche Leistungen beziehen.

Das Schicksal teilt ungerecht aus; und es gleicht die Ungerechtigkeiten nicht immer aus. Hier hat der Sozialstaat seine Aufgabe. Er sorgt dafür, dass der Mensch reale, nicht nur formale Chancen hat. …

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
