Arbeitsagentur rechnet auch 2022 mit knapp zwei Milliarden Euro Defizit

Die Coronakrise belastet die Finanzen der Behörde nachhaltig. Im laufenden Jahr muss der Bund 17 Milliarden Euro zuschießen, auch 2022 wird die Agentur noch Geld benötigen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
