Crowdworker sind keine Angestellten

Sie testen Apps, laden E-Roller auf: Crowdworker verdienen Geld mit Minijobs, die übers Internet verteilt werden. Arbeitnehmer sind sie deshalb aber nicht, hat nun das Landesarbeitsgericht München entschieden.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
