We offer independent and free advice on all aspects of nursing training!

The „Nursing Training Advisory Team“ of the Federal Office for Family Affairs and Civil Society currently consists of approximately 40 employees working on-site throughout Germany. We provide nationwide consultation to interested individuals, nursing facilities, and nursing schools on all aspects of nursing training and all nursing professions under the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG).

Furthermore, we support and initiate networks, learning center collaborations, and training consortia, participate in training fairs, and give presentations at conferences, workshops, and continuing education events.

At the Friedehorst Vocational Training Center, we have been supporting people with health limitations on their path back to working life for over 60 years. We assist them with career guidance, training and preparation, qualifications, and vocational integration programs.

Together with our participants, we develop new career prospects and sustainable pathways back to employment. The goal is long-term participation in working life – and often, consequently, greater participation in society.

As a center of excellence in Bremen and the Northwest region, we stand for individualized support, professional expertise, forward-looking qualification programs, and close collaboration among all those involved in the rehabilitation process. The Bremen Adult Education Center (Volkshochschule) is the city’s largest provider of continuing education. TERTIA has been present in Bremen Central since 2009. On behalf of the Employment Agency and the Job Center, we conduct activation and placement projects for various target groups.
