Weiterbildung stößt in Unternehmen auf unterschiedliche Wahrnehmungen

Wie steht es um die betriebliche Weiterbildung in Unternehmen? Eine Mehrheit unter Personalverantwortlichen kommt aktuell zu einem positiven Urteil. Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte sehen das jedoch anders.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
